RETURNS POLICY

 

We really hope you love all of the products you buy from us but if you would like to return any part of your order please email us at info@simplyrye.co.uk or call us on 01797 223683 to let us know what you would like to return. We can then sort out the details of your return or exchange. Unfortunately, we can only accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Anything that you are returning to us needs to be returned in its original packaging, with tags still attached, unworn and in perfect condition. We would recommend that you get a proof of posting at the time of returning your goods. Sale items cannot be returned, but we are happy to offer a credit note against the value if you wish to return anything.

As soon as we receive the package back from you and have checked the goods, we will arrange a full refund. The return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods being returned arrived damaged, in which case we will arrange to reimburse you for the cost of postage.
