DELIVERY INFORMATION

After payment is received, we always aim to process and dispatch your order on the same working day if your order is placed during our shop opening hours. If your order is placed after the shop has closed for the day then we will aim to post it on the next working day. Please note that we only dispatch orders between Monday and Saturday. Please see our range of delivery options below.

UK Standard Delivery

All orders are normally shipped by Royal Mail Second Class post which usually takes between 3 – 5 working days to arrive. Please be aware that at busy times of the year Royal Mail can experience delays.

Orders under £45 will be subject to a flat shipping charge of £3.25. Standard delivery on orders over £45 is free.

UK Express Delivery

If you need your order sooner, we offer an express service with Royal Mail First Class post. This normally takes between 1 – 2 working days to arrive. Again please be aware that this is subject to delays with Royal Mail at busy times of the year.

Express delivery costs £4.75 on all orders.

If you would like your order sent even faster we may be able to do this through Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, please contact us for more details.

Free Local Delivery and Click & Collect

For local customers (within a 12km radius of the shop), we offer a free local delivery service. These orders are delivered by hand and are usually delivered on the day the order is placed or the next working day if the order is placed once the shop is closed. We also offer click & collect if you prefer to shop online and quickly collect your order in store. This is also free of charge.

If you wish for an order to be hand delivered on a specific day e.g. a birthday. Please get in contact with us to discuss this further.

Overseas Delivery

We are happy to arrange delivery outside of the UK, but please get in touch with us at info@simplyrye.co.uk or call us on 01797 223683 to discuss delivery options and charges.

Gift Wrapping

We always gift wrap your order with our tissue paper but if you would like any extras added to your order or any other special requests then please leave a note at the checkout or email us to discuss options. We also offer the option to handwrite a message in any greetings cards to include in the package when you add a card to your order. Just add this message to the section at checkout.
